About
Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Initiative (JDPI) is geared towards helping youth between the ages of 11-13 across all social economic backgrounds as they transition through puberty and adolesence in to their teen age years.
Mission
JDPI's mission is to assist, mentor and educate at-risk youth in Rhode Island. We accomplish this through our certified mentors/advocates who are out in the community doing group workshops and one on one mentoring.
Vision
JDPI's vision is to take the mentoring program that it is today and become an after -school program between the hours of 3-6 pm as a proactive environment. This being the hours in which juvenile delinquency is at its highest.
